Job Description

As a Rickshaw Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently in beautiful Sydney. With a focus on customer service, you'll ensure every ride is a pleasant experience while navigating through local traffic.

Responsibilities

• Drive passengers to their destinations while ensuring a safe and smooth ride.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address passenger inquiries.
• Regularly clean and check the rickshaw to ensure it is presentable.
• Follow traffic laws and operate the vehicle in a responsible manner.
• Assist with luggage and inform passengers of local attractions.
• Process payments efficiently, whether cash or card.
• Communicate any vehicle maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate various passenger needs.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance driving and customer service skills.
• Work positively as a part of the rickshaw driving team.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a driving or transport service role preferred

Technical Skills

• Safe driving practices
• GPS familiarity

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Safe Transport Certification
• First Aid Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
