Job Description

As a Make Up Editor, you will play a crucial role in creating and editing stunning make up looks for various media platforms. You should have a deep understanding of make up application, colour theory, and current industry trends. You'll work closely with photographers and videographers to produce visually captivating content.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute make up looks for print and digital channels.
• Engage with models and talent during shoots to achieve desired looks.
• Conduct research on beauty products and techniques to enhance content quality.
• Review beauty articles and provide insights on make up trends.
• Develop a content calendar to schedule shoots and deadlines.
• Foster collaboration within the editorial team to ensure content consistency.
• Gather feedback on published make up looks for continuous improvement.
• Assist in promotional campaigns involving make up tutorials and reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or Diploma in Make Up Artistry
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or Media is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years in a similar role with a strong portfolio.
