Job Description

We are looking for motivated Helpers/Production Workers to assist in our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include operating pulverizing machinery, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to enhance production efficiency. Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the operation of machinery.
• Support a clean and organized work environment by performing routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Engage in proactive communication with supervisors regarding production and safety issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance or repairs as required.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational or technical training in a related field preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Safety Standards
• Basic Computer Skills

Certifications

• Forklift Operating Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing Principles: Awareness of lean principles to improve production efficiencies.
