Responsibilities

• Support the finance team with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance or a related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services or corporate finance
