We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at our Gold Coast clinic. In this role, you will provide surgical and medical care, perform diagnostic procedures, and maintain high-quality treatment standards for a variety of animals. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage cases across various species.
  • Perform both routine and complex surgical procedures.
  • Consult and participate in team discussions on clinical cases.
  • Record and manage patient history and medical records.
  • Educate clients on animal welfare and health issues.
  • Utilize diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests effectively.
  • Actively participate in clinic meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior veterinary staff.
  • Ensure compliance with veterinary laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
  • Master's degree or specialization preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience treating various animal species
