Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver dynamic baton twirling classes tailored to various skill levels.
• Provide individualised attention to foster student confidence.
• Maintain an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Assist in choreography for performances and competitions.
• Conduct evaluations and provide reports on student progress.
• Participate in school events, shows, and competitions.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to align programs with studio goals.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Dance Education or Performing Arts is a plus

Experience

• Experience working with students of different ages and skill levels.

Technical Skills

• Dance Instruction

Advantageous

• Background in Gymnastics or Cheerleading: Experience with other forms of performance arts will be an advantage.
• Experience with Event Planning: Ability to help organise studio performances or competitions.
