You will greet visitors, verify their identification, and ensure only authorized individuals access restricted areas. Responsibilities

• Oversee the entry points during events, ensuring only authorized personnel gain access.
• Assist guests with inquiries related to event information and directions.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with the event management team to facilitate smooth operations.
• Address any unusual situations or emergencies effectively.
• Keep detailed logs of visitors and incidents for record-keeping.
• Engage with attendees to enhance their overall experience at events.
• Educate guests about venue rules and security measures.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in customer service or security is preferred.
