Job Description
Join us as an Airplane Woodworker, where you will play a key role in crafting high-quality wooden parts for aviation. You will work alongside engineers and designers to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
Construct and repair wooden aircraft components according to specifications.
Work with composite materials when necessary.
Adhere to safety standards and quality controls.
Participate in design meetings to contribute woodworking expertise.
Operate CNC machines and other advanced woodworking tools.
Conduct regular maintenance on equipment and tools.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations regarding aircraft components.
Provide technical support to the team as needed.
Assist with inventory management of woodworking materials.
Requirements
Education
Completion of a woodworking apprenticeship or equivalent experience
Certificate IV in Engineering or similar field is advantageous
Experience
3-5 years of experience in woodworking, particularly in aviation or high-precision environments.
