The Spring Production Supervisor will oversee the production process of spring manufacturing. This role is crucial in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Lead design and engineering projects for various marine vessels.
Evaluate and improve marine vessel stability and performance metrics.
Develop comprehensive engineering reports and documentation.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Implement innovative engineering solutions and new materials in designs.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with maritime laws.
Assist in procurement processes and vendor selection for projects.
Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.
Facilitate training workshops for the engineering team.
Evaluate risks associated with projects and develop mitigation plans.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture is preferred
Experience
7+ years of experience in shipbuilding or offshore structure design.
