Responsibilities

• Participate actively in team training and events.
• Promote our cycling initiatives through social media channels.
• Engage with fellow athletes and share experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for cycling equipment.
• Ensure the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
• Support the team in achieving collective goals through collaboration.
• Report any equipment issues immediately to the relevant team members.
• Contribute to marketing strategies through personal experiences.
• Keep track of personal progress and improvements.
• Assist in the logistics of local cycling events.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further studies in sports management are an advantage.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in competitive cycling or sports.

Technical Skills

• Cycling training apps proficiency
• GPS tracking software knowledge

Soft Skills

• Customer service orientation

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages
