Responsibilities

• Create and design floral arrangements for various events, ensuring timely delivery.
• Select and purchase flowers and materials needed for design projects.
• Keep work area tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials.
• Work collaboratively with the event team to meet client expectations.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their vision for floral arrangements.
• Develop pricing proposals based on floral arrangement complexity.
• Review and provide feedback on junior staff designs.
• Implement sustainable practices in sourcing flowers and materials.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III or IV in Floristry

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in floral design.
