Job Description

As an Air Support Operations Operator, you will coordinate vital air support operations, collaborating with aircrew, ground personnel, and other units to achieve mission success. Your role is critical for ensuring that military and emergency operations are supported efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Directly coordinate air support operations for military exercises and missions
  • Collaborate with external agencies to synchronize air and ground operations
  • Monitor mission effectiveness and suggest adjustments as necessary
  • Prepare detailed operational reports for leadership review
  • Train new personnel in air support coordination protocols
  • Conduct debriefings post-operations to assess performance and improve
  • Ensure all communication systems are operational and reliable
  • Implement changes in procedures based on lessons learned from previous operations

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in air support operations, preferably in a military context
