Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Ground Hostesses who can provide outstanding service and support to our passengers. Your role is to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, contributing to a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support passengers throughout their travel experience from check-in to boarding.
  • Deliver timely and accurate information regarding flight status and gate changes.
  • Assist with the management of boarding processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Help resolve any issues that may arise during the boarding process.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Actively engage with passengers to foster a positive experience.
  • Regularly check compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Handle passenger queries and ensure their comfort while waiting.
  • Keep the boarding area organized and free of obstructions.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
  • Prior experience in a customer service role or similar field is preferred.
