Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager who is passionate about managing diverse projects and leading cross-functional teams. As a Project Manager, you will oversee project timelines, ensure effective communication among stakeholders, and implement strategies to achieve project objectives. Your expertise in project management methodologies will contribute to the successful delivery of projects within the required parameters.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the project execution from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project budget and timeline.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Conduct stakeholder presentations and project kick-off meetings.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
  • Prepare project documentation and project sign-off.
  • Adapt project plans based on changing circumstances.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or MBA is preferred
  • PMP Certification is required
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management leading teams
