We are seeking experienced Gem and Diamond Workers to join our dedicated team in Melbourne. As a key member, you will evaluate and grade diamonds according to industry standards, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the jewellery market.

Responsibilities

• Perform grading of unique and rare diamonds.
• Utilize advanced grading technology for improved accuracy.
• Create educational materials for clients on diamond evaluation.
• Work closely with gemologists and other experts to enhance grading techniques.
• Monitor industry changes that may affect grading standards.
• Support clients with information on diamond care and maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Gemology or related field
• Additional certifications in diamond grading are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in diamond grading and evaluation

Technical Skills

• Advanced Grading Tools
• Rough Diamond Assessment

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Communication Skills

Advantageous

• Experience working with rare diamonds: Proficient in grading and evaluating unique diamonds.
