Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hairspring Assembler to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on assembling and adjusting hairsprings used in our luxury timepieces. Ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail, with a knack for precision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections on assembled hairsprings to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Provide feedback to the production manager on bottlenecks or delays.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools to calibrate and fine-tune hairsprings.
  • Help develop best practices for assembly processes to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Watchmaking) or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience working with high-end watches is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Precision assembly techniques
  • Familiarity with watchmaking tools
Soft Skills
  • Analytical thinking
Languages
  • English: Fluent
