Job Description

As a Tower Climber Technician, you will be instrumental in installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications towers. Your skills in working at heights and technical operations will be essential to ensure the integrity of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Execute maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on wireless network infrastructure, including antennas, radios, and cables.
  • Climb and work at heights of up to 100 metres to access tower sites.
  • Conduct site surveys and complete documentation related to tower site inspections.
  • Coordinate with other technicians and contractors on site to ensure efficient work practices.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance throughout all tasks.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling routine site visits and maintenance.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Telecommunications or equivalent
  • Working at Heights certification
  • CPR and First Aid certification
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
