We are seeking an Investment Banker to join our thriving team in Wagga Wagga. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising, while building strong relationships within the investment community. You will contribute to the development of bespoke financial solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence for prospective investments and acquisitions.
• Assist clients in capital raising through equity and debt instruments.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure accurate documentation.
• Train and mentor junior staff in investment banking processes.
• Participate in strategic planning for the investment division.
• Maintain a high level of market intelligence in the investment banking sector.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in investment banking with a strong performance track record

Certifications

• CFA Level II or III
• ACCA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in M&A advisory: Preferred certification in mergers and acquisitions advisory.
