Job Description

As a Band Shover, your primary role will involve pushing bands of metal, plastic, or other materials through processing machines to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment functionality and quality standards, contributing to the overall efficiency of our production line.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of various processing machines safely and efficiently.
• Support the team in troubleshooting machine issues as they arise.
• Maintain quality control by performing regular inspections.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
• Help coordinate workflow among team members.
