Job Description

As a Passenger Attendant, you will be critical in ensuring the safe and smooth transportation of students. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment on the bus.

Responsibilities

• Help students safely board and disembark from the bus.
• Ensure that student behavior complies with safety standards.
• Report any issues to the driver and maintain a communication line with school personnel.
• Check that all students are properly seated and secured in their seatbelts.
• Assist in the management of equipment and supplies onboard the bus.
• Conduct safety inspections before initiating transport.
• Keep the bus environment tidy and managed.
• Fill out and submit required documentation regularly.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Liaise with parents and guardians regarding pick-up and drop-off arrangements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a related field is an advantage

• First Aid and CPR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
