Job Description

We are seeking skilled Adhesive Bonding Machine Operators and Tenders to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining bonding machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Run bonding machines and monitor production processes.
• Conduct quality assessments and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide support for troubleshooting and operational improvements.
• Assist in the training of junior operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.
• Document production activity and notify supervisors of any problems.
• Work with engineers to enhance machinery performance.
• Engage in continuous learning about new products and technology.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary qualifications in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in adhesive bonding or related field
