Job Description

Seeking a Remote Encoding Center Manager who can lead a team of remote encoders effectively. You will be responsible for the overall quality of work produced, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance with regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to foster teamwork and maintain motivation among remote staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the remote encoding team, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture remotely.
  • Analyze team performance and implement improvement measures.
  • Ensure compliance with data management standards and regulations.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to encoding processes.
  • Identify and address any potential operational risks.
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure necessary tools and technologies are effectively implemented.
  • Facilitate communication between remote staff and the main office.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Develop and execute training programs aimed at enhancing team skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in the information management field with a focus on remote team leadership.
