Job Description

We are on the lookout for dedicated Laborers to join our warehouse operations team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient unloading and loading of goods, ensuring the production line runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Document and track inventory movements accurately.
• Help train new team members on warehouse procedures and safety.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and goals.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in logistics or material handling with machine operation experience preferred.

Technical Skills

• Pallet Jack Operation
• Safety Protocols

Soft Skills

• Physical Stamina
• Problem-solving Skills

Certifications

• Workplace Safety Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safe lifting techniques: Understanding safe manual handling practices is preferred.
• Experience in inventory management systems: Familiarity with software used for tracking inventory will be advantageous.
