We are seeking a highly creative Creative Director to lead our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative storytelling, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven record of delivering high-quality creative results across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process from ideation through execution for various client projects.
• Improve processes to enhance team productivity and project turnaround time.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions.
• Evaluate and refine creative concepts based on client feedback and market performance.
• Coordinate with other departments such as strategy and production to enhance project outcomes.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging design trends and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
• Master's degree in Marketing or related field is an advantage

• Proven experience managing a creative team and delivering successful campaigns
