Job Description

As a Forepart Laster, you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing team by operating machinery to shape and finish the front part of boots or shoes. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow design specifications meticulously.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery for shaping footwear components.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of materials and products.
• Assist in machine setup and adjustments.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Footwear Production or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Experience with manual shoe lasting techniques is advantageous.
