Join our team as a Brownfield Redevelopment Site Manager, overseeing the remediation of contaminated sites while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the environmental remediation and redevelopment of contaminated sites.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of environmental consultants and engineers.
• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct stakeholder consultations to gather insights and address concerns.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and timeline expectations.
• Implement best practices for communication with site personnel and contractors.
• Maintain an ongoing dialogue with regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
• Master's degree in Environmental Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or brownfield redevelopment
