Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Canberra team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and administration, helping to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations for our clients. Role encompasses troubleshooting, assisting users, and providing system maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and efficient technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
  • Assist users with software and application queries.
  • Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and equipment.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of IT policies.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position

  • ITIL Foundation Certification
