You will work closely with clients to create stylish looks that reflect their personal style and enhance their confidence.

Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, clipper work, shaves, and other related hair services.
• Provide individual consultations to assess hair needs and style preferences.
• Utilize various techniques for cutting, styling, and texturizing hair.
• Enforce hygiene and safety standards within the salon.
• Adapt to new trends and adopt creative styling solutions.
• Build rapport with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Assist in advertising and marketing salon services through word-of-mouth.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge to enhance client recommendations.
• Engage in social media promotions to showcase styling work.
• Help with inventory management of products and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent
• Diploma in Hairdressing or related field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio
