As a Computer Network Architect, you will oversee the entire network infrastructure of our NOC. This includes ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of network systems while working collaboratively with IT teams. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of networking as we innovate and enhance our service delivery.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise the overall management and optimisation of network systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance of network equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project implementations.
  • Maintain network performance through regular monitoring and adjustments.
  • Support compliance with standards and regulations in network operations.
  • Administer backups and manage data recovery processes.
  • Create and maintain network diagrams and documentation.
  • Research and implement new networking technologies as required.
  • Assist with the training of junior network staff and interns.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Cisco certification (CCNA or CCNP preferred)
  • Networking Protocols Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Network Monitoring Tools Experience with tools such as SolarWinds and Nagios.
  • Security Best Practices Familiar with network security protocols and practices.
  • Problem-solving Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with scripting languages: Experience in Python or Bash for automation tasks.
  • Knowledge of network virtualization: Experience with VMware or Hyper-V for virtual networks.
