The selected candidate will possess extensive experience in inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of food inventory management and control within the commissary.
• Implement efficient inventory tracking systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department for accurate ordering of food products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
• Supervise warehousing and distribution activities.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing effectively.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports for the commissary.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Food Science
• Professional certifications in logistics

Experience

• 5+ years in food service or product management

Languages

• English: Fluent
