Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Project Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure and operations. This role entails planning, directing, and coordinating IT projects to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for leading a talented IT team while managing the company's technological resources.

Responsibilities

  • Research and implement new IT solutions to improve operations.
  • Design and oversee the company's IT infrastructure.
  • Manage the lifecycle of IT projects from conception to delivery.
  • Create performance metrics to measure project success.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to understand their IT needs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of IT systems and staff.
  • Direct system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the IT team.
  • Ensure compliance with IT regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • Over 5 years of experience in IT project management
