Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Flasher Adjuster to join our dynamic team. This role involves repairing and adjusting automotive lighting systems, specifically focusing on flasher systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate lighting systems for optimal functionality.
• Develop and maintain an inventory of repair parts and tools.
• Support quality assurance initiatives by identifying potential improvements.
• Liaise with suppliers for sourcing high-quality components.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Electrical or Automotive Systems
• Additional certifications in safety and workplace practices are advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair, especially relating to automotive lighting.

Technical Skills
