Job Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing radio and cellular equipment on-site. This role requires a solid understanding of telecommunications systems and a knack for solving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain telecommunications equipment at various client sites.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues effectively.
• Complete all required paperwork and service reports accurately.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols during all service operations.
• Participate in ongoing training for new technologies.
• Engage with technical support for complex problem resolution.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV or Diploma qualification in a relevant technical field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar field service role
