We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Geelong. In this role, you will design and implement innovative mechanical solutions, work collaboratively on engineering projects, and play a vital role in product development.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototype models and conduct tests on mechanical components.
• Document engineering processes and maintain project records.
• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules for mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure optimal production processes.
• Address engineering challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
• Participate in training programs for staff on new engineering technologies.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders on project progress.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in all engineering activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles with a focus on mechanical systems

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
