Electrical Power-Line Installer and Repairer

Job Description

Join our team as an Electrical Power-Line Installer and Repairer, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of power lines. You will be directing aircraft during taxiing and parking, performing essential maintenance tasks, and operating ground support equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up power-line operations for aircraft movement.
• Assist in the coordination of ground crew activities for optimal workflow.
• Monitor weather conditions and implement safety measures as required.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and coordinate their activities.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition before use.
• Engage with air traffic control as necessary to facilitate smooth operations.
• Support the team in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure.

Requirements

Education

• Certification as a Ground Support Equipment Operator is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the aviation industry or ground support services is an advantage
