Job Description

As the Barber Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our busy barbershop. You will manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and organized environment while developing marketing strategies to attract new clients.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a barber or cosmetology program from a recognized institution

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar management role
