Responsibilities

• Evaluate compensation structures by analysing loss data and trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers to support their needs.
• Investigate unusual claims and recommend strategies to assess increased risks.
• Ensure all underwriting practices are in line with our company's ethical standards.
• Participate in industry conferences to build professional networks and share insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Advanced certifications are beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance field preferred
