As a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, you'll be at the forefront of our manufacturing process, managing a dedicated team to ensure the seamless production of high-quality machine parts. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining safety compliance, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead production meetings to align team goals and expectations.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure that all quality inspections are performed per regulations.
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement in the production workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Higher qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing
