In this vital role as a Moisture Machine Tender, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining moisture machines to regulate moisture levels effectively during production. Your role is crucial in ensuring product quality and safety within our manufacturing process. You will work with state-of-the-art machinery in a fast-paced environment, making adjustments and monitoring outputs to meet specific product standards. Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor and calibrate moisture machines to maintain ideal moisture levels.
• Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance checks on machinery.
• Record and report daily production and equipment operational data.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product standards are met.
• Implement safety protocols while operating machinery.
• Assist in machinery upgrades and equipment improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production updates and challenges.
• Provide feedback on machine performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest technology in moisture control systems.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production role preferred but not essential.
