Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cellophane packaging machinery.
• Conduct quality checks on packaged products.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation.
• Document product specifications and production records.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures strictly.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in packaging preferred

Experience

• Experience operating machinery in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
