We're on the lookout for a passionate UX Designer to join our team in Geelong. This role involves conducting user research, designing wireframes, and creating prototypes to enhance user experiences across digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop personas and user journey maps based on user research.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and products.
• Develop and present design solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems to maintain consistency across products.
