Job Description
Join our team as a Motion Picture Projectionist, where you will play a key role in the cinema experience. Your responsibilities will include operating film projectors, maintaining equipment, and ensuring show quality for our audiences.
Responsibilities
Oversee the operation of cinema projectors during screenings.
Ensure films are projected at the right speed and focus.
Assist with special events and private screenings.
Collaborate with the technical operations team for equipment upkeep.
Address any technical issues promptly to maintain audience satisfaction.
Train new staff on equipment use and safety protocols.
Stay updated on film technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Screen and Media or equivalent qualification
First aid certificate is required
Experience
2-3 years of relevant experience operating film projectors in a cinema environment preferred
