We are seeking Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operators and Tenders to join our dedicated team in Sydney. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating various machinery to ensure the quality and efficiency of our book binding and finishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor functioning of the machinery and report any malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workspace.
• Maintain accurate logs of production and machine performance metrics.
• Work in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues when necessary.
• Help streamline processes for improved production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training is an advantage

• Experience in the manufacturing or production sector is highly regarded
