Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Colorist to join our dynamic post-production team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for color grading and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that visuals are vibrant and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and editors to achieve the project’s desired look.
• Conduct thorough pre-grading assessments before the color grading process.
• Implement feedback from clients and teams to refine color grading.
• Utilize color grading software to execute high-quality grade adjustments.
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace, ensuring all assets are in order.
• Participate in post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Document processes and techniques for future reference.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical and artistic skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the media/entertainment industry

Technical Skills

• Color Theory
• 2D and 3D Compositing

Soft Skills

• Creative Vision
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of managing workload effectively in tight deadlines.
• Experience with Color Correction: Previous experience in color correction techniques.
