Job Description

As a Commercial Green Building Architect, you will focus on designing environmentally sustainable commercial buildings that meet strict energy efficiency and environmental standards. You'll collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure designs align with green building requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather input and provide project updates.
  • Incorporate feedback from project teams to refine designs and improve functionality.
  • Ensure all projects align with the firm’s sustainability goals.
  • Conduct research on international green building certification programs such as LEED and WELL.
  • Present design concepts to clients, highlighting the benefits of sustainable architecture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Master's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in sustainable or commercial building design
