Job Description

As a Trousseau Consultant, you'll assist clients in selecting and purchasing items for their wedding trousseau, leveraging your knowledge of wedding fashion trends. Your role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and excited about their wedding preparations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a stylist and guide for clients in their selection of bridal attire.
  • Develop fashion-focused relationships with local designers and boutiques.
  • Organize trunk shows and other fashion events to showcase bridal collections.
  • Provide expert advice on wedding attire trends.
  • Utilise digital tools to manage appointment scheduling and client records.
  • Conduct follow-up consultations to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in fashion merchandising or related field
Experience
  • Previous experience in the wedding industry is advantageous
