Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Grafton team. In this role, you will manage daily financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain financial paperwork and documentation.
  • Support the finance manager with various financial analyses.
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets.
  • Assist in developing and implementing financial controls.
  • Coordinate financial planning activities.
  • Ensure timely payment to suppliers and contractors.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial processes.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss financial strategies.
  • Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
