Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical and mental health needs through observations and interviews.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address specific goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to enhance skills and independence.
• Train families in techniques to support their loved ones’ progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to devise comprehensive care strategies.
• Track and evaluate clients' progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards in practice.
• Engage in community awareness programs related to occupational therapy.
• Participate in training and development sessions for continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance their motivation and engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
• Relevant certifications acknowledged by local authorities are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with a variety of clients is desirable
