Job Description

The Nursery Manager will oversee the operations of a plant nursery, managing staff, ensuring plant quality, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership and a thorough understanding of horticultural practices.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Plant Science or related field
• Master's degree in Business Management is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a plant nursery or horticultural operation.
