We are on the lookout for a talented Purse Maker to join our team at Fashion Accessories Inc. You will be responsible for designing and crafting unique, high-quality purses that meet the diverse needs and preferences of our clientele. Responsibilities

• Design innovative and trendy handbag collections.
• Select suitable materials based on durability and aesthetic appeal.
• Operate sewing machines and hand tools proficiently to craft purses.
• Hit production deadlines by managing time effectively.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure high standards.
• Document production processes to enable efficiency improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss design and production strategies.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Develop prototypes for new purse designs for evaluation.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback on products.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Fashion Design and Technology or equivalent

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
